Turbulence Training
Turbulence Training has a specific goal of getting people into shape quickly, without spending a lot of time exercising, and without excessive dieting.
It’s a collection of training programs that athletics coaches use to get their athletes into top shape. The exercises and workouts are brief yet because of their efficiency the harder you work, the better the results.
It involves redesigning your body, not just making your body bigger or smaller. It helps reduce body fat and can develop incredible muscle definition throughout your whole body.
When properly executed, the principles of Turbulence Training will help you develop the ‘athletic look’ usually reserved for professional athletes and dedicated movie stars.
