Andy's approach is friendly, fun but tough to help you get results. Each class is a little different from the last one so you never get bored like you do in the gym. I have enjoyed myself and being the oldest in the group has not been a disadvantage.

I cannot recommend the bootcamp highly enough - it is a real challenge but above all it is real good fun. Each session is different which keeps it interesting which makes a refreshing change from the usual repetitive fitness classes you get in the gym.


The Boot Camp classes are tailored to suit everyone’s individual abilities so you are challenged but not made to feel out of your depth and because of the limited class size everyone receives personal attention and encouragement.
