Quick Fit Tips
When choosing running shoes the most important thing is to buy a shoe that fits you well and not to buy them just because of advertisings claims or price. Make sure they have a wide enough toe box to accommodate your foot and that it’s not too short which can cause toenail damage. Try on several pairs and walk around the store to compare their fit and comfort levels.I have partnered with Global Health & Fitness (GHF) so that I can offer tools and resources that assist you in reaching your full potential.
