Hi Andy I’m dropping you this note to say thank you so much for getting me motivated and showing me how I can finally achieve results in weight loss and body toning.

I have always struggled with my weight, even when I was at school, and it’s only since I have been training with you that I have been able to stick to my plans and achieve results.

I’m well on the way to my target weight and size. I can’t tell you how happy I feel about this and how nice it is that my friends are all noticing and saying how well I look as they know I’ve been conscious of my weight for years and been on this diet and that diet. I feel confident that I can continue to improve my look with the healthy eating, the resistance training with you and the cardio work I do regularly – and achieve this without dieting.

The fact that we looked at my favourite foods and planned my day’s calories using these foods, means that I eat the food I like but in a sensible, moderate manner.

Your enthusiasm and the fact that you are coming to the house so I have to do the training alone has been such a great help. When I first started training, I knew on many occasion that if you hadn’t been there I would have stopped each exercise a bit earlier and not got the benefit of ‘pushing’ myself harder.

Now that I’ve seen the results I find it easier during my own training sessions to keep the repetitions up because they matter.

Looking forward to the next training day but wanted to tell you how excited and happy I have been feeling lately due to my trimmer look. Thank you again for supporting me and for passing on your motivation & enthusiasm.

Prior to consulting Andy I found myself unable to either lose weight or motivate myself to undertake exercise. I was becoming more and more despondent and depressed, trapped in the vicious circle of overeating then starving.

Through Andy’s gentle but persuasive tuition I have now managed to drop two dress sizes although admittedly I do struggle.

I’ve come to realise that there will never be a miracle pill for losing weight and ultimately it’s all down to me. I now make myself eat a sensible and well balanced diet which Andy has formulated for me through his nutritional expertise.

From the well-being point of view I feel considerably fitter which in turn means I am a lot happier with myself. I’m now getting back into dresses that I had kept but hadn’t worn for the last three years.

"Lost 7Ibs in 4 weeks and is pain free" 

“Three weeks prior to meeting Andy, I was twelve months out of the gym and at 5’10” I weighed 14 stones and I had an uncomfortable bulge for a stomach. I was forever feeling sluggish, I tired easily and I was suffering with an old but severe back muscle injury along with a niggling knee crutiate.

I thought I ate fairly healthily too, as I avoided mainstream sugar and salt, used only low fat margarines, ate occasional salads and fried only eggs. WRONG!!

Andrew’s knowledge of health and fitness and the professionalism in his delivery straightened out both my food intake and my physical health. By using a methodical and clearly defined fitness program – one that I feel comfortable with – I’ve managed to lose 7lbs in weight so far. I don’t have any back pain whatsoever and the problem knee although not mended now has a solid muscle base to keep it strong.

I also have visible upper and lower body muscle definition as well as a dramatic increase in stamina. There are a few more weeks to go to get me where I want me to be, but under Andrew’s guidance I’m sure to get there. There are even cheat days for the ‘bad’ foods I love! Even my parents didn’t look after me this good!”

All my life I have struggled with my weight, and been self conscious about the way I look, because I’m only 4’8” even the slightest bit of weight shows up on me! As a child I used to starve myself, and make myself sick but that just made me ill. As I got older I tried all different kinds of diets and exercise but never stuck to them.

I realized that it was only going to be through sheer hard work that I would lose weight, so I joined the gym. It was great at first I was really enjoying it but after months I still couldn’t see any results and lost my motivation and stopped going.

I was sick of being depressed and obsessed about my weight, it was taking over my life and effecting my personal life, it was about time I took some action and did something about and that’s when I thought about getting a personal trainer, but only celebrities can afford I thought? How wrong could I be! When I rang up Andy and asked for his help he told me not to worry and arranged to meet up for a chat.

After our chat and a short fitness assessment, Andy seemed very positive about helping and arranged a price for me. I was so surprised at how reasonable the price was for what you get, even though it was still a lot of money, it was about the same for a membership at the gym, but at least Andrew would be coming to my house twice a week, giving me one to one training so I had no excuse to miss any sessions.

During the first month we worked on raising my level of fitness and pointing me in right directions of what to eat! There were no diets involved or rabbit food, I got to eat what I wanted within reason. If anything I was eating more, it was great! I always looked forward to each session with Andrew they were so much fun and it wasn’t long before I could see results. I had so much more motivation and energy that I was doing my workout video and walking in-between sessions.

I have now been training with Andrew for nearly three months and I’m not far off reaching my goal! I’ve got so much energy, and stamina and feel great. For the first time in my life I have confidence. I’m just thinner but I’m so much more toned and supple. I don’t know how I’ve ever managed without him, and don’t think I could live without him now.

Andrew has been so supportive all the way through this and pushed me so hard, but he has also made it so much fun and would never let me give up. It’s the best investment I’ve ever made. All my friends think I look great and have noticed how much happier I am. So thank you so much for changing my life!

As an overweight 56 year old with a sedentary office-bound lifestyle I needed someone to get me into shape before it was too late.

I have now completed eight weeks of my ongoing program with Andy Wallis with remarkable results. Body weight 2.6 kilos; body fat down from 30% to 26% and muscle tone and shape generally improved to “noticed by others” stage.

My energy levels are up with a general feel-good factor in evidence.

My own program comprises three 40 minute sessions each week at home. Andy is understanding when I can’t make a session but the fact that they are in my diary weeks ahead means I cancel very few.

The sessions are tailor-made to my own targets and abilities - they are always varied and challenging but not grueling.

Andy’s dietary advice is invaluable and the diets are flexible with a welcome day off each Sunday.

I’ve tried the gym but after awhile always found reasons not to go. This way I do what has to be done and don’t have to fight my own will power as well as the flab!

"I found the "Toned in 20 minutes" system an effective training program which not only works every area of the body but is also cleverly devised to fit into a 20 minute period which fits perfectly into a lunch hour with time for a shower afterwards.

The sessions are highly motivational and good fun and you can really feel the benefits after just a few sessions. The sessions are great for all people from beginners to gym regulars and for people of all ages, I really found it prevented the afternoon slump at work and gave me an extra burst of energy for the rest of the day.  The exercises are easy to pick up and you receive plenty of encouragement.
